With a wealth of knowledge and experience in Adult social care and the legislative frameworks within Scotland, Irene has developed Trabrownhill Training. The initiative to start this branch of the business came following requests from Scottish Borders Council and NHS Borders to present and develop training programmes. Irene has presented programmes to primary care, health professionals, social work services, not for profit/voluntary sector organisations including, social care providers, residential and nursing home providers as well as housing providers and advocacy services.
As a nationally recognised and published specialist in the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, Irene is able to bring her vast knowledge and experience of the theory of this legislation and apply it to practice.
By applying very experientially led training programmes Irene is able to bring legislative frameworks to life and enable participants to clearly identify their roles and responsibilities. Irene is able to apply her knowledge and experience with the techniques of NLP to bring about changes within teams and individuals in your organisation.
Irene is able to develop and deliver tailor made training programmes for your organisation including topics such as:

As a former manager of services Irene can provide one to one professional (work based) supervision of key personnel in your workplace. She can enable staff to work through issues within the work place, set goals for themselves and their colleagues while achieving their potential professionally.
