"Trabrownhill Therapy - what can I say, absolutely brilliant! When I got told of this form of therapy to be perfectly honest I thought 'what a load of old rubbish, it will never happen on me', but then there were things happening in my life to do with work, big things that were depressing me and also shattering any confidence I had in myself. But there was also a problem with me, as I was feeling so deflated when Weight Watchers was not working, I had tried all sorts of diets and nothing was working. I was given the chance to try this and so I thought hey, why not, but it will never work, how WRONG I was.

Irene came to the house, on a day where it was quiet and private. We had a long chat about things and it was soon clear to Irene of what she needed to do. I have to say I felt a little strange to begin with as I found the whole experience emotional and very powerful, but it has proven really effective.

All I remember was seeing lovely colours flashing around, and listening to this beautiful voice in my head. I can't remember what was said, but then afterwards, my perception of food seems to have changed, I eat differently, and am full more quickly, but also my confidence and self esteem have really gone up, which is a miracle. I have to say I actually like myself now and feel good about myself.

I'd like to say, if you have tried all you can to loose weight, but don't want the surgery this is a great way to see things differently, and it will get you on track. Thank you Irene."

"I was sceptical about all this sort of thing, but it did work for me. Irene spent about 10 minutes on my fear of needles as I was about to go an exotic holiday. When the time came to have my inoculation I was more anxious trying to find a parking space than I was having the injection. It didn't hurt at all. It has given me a technique to use to deal with stressful situations in the future also."
